The one youre talking about was 17 at the time.
What you also completely fail to realize (or post, or both - some cognitive dissonance going on) is that he wasn't the only one.
I'll repeat. This kid was not the only one.
And just for Scott, this kid was not the only one.

Your question of who is giving out the IMs etc is legitimate. Motive isn't. Whether breaking the law was involved, is. If laws were broken, if someone was covering up, bring em on out and prosecute.
These questions however, are also part of the whole "Look! Over There!" and "It's all liberal's fault" dodge and deceive that we've come to expect from the right.

Let us know when you find a story to stand behind that can hold up for more than 5 minutes.
