Iraqi Shiites have little in common with Iran

In fact, Iran is facing a low intensity guerilla war in its SW provence (which borders Iraq) by Arab separatists. Iran is mainly Persian, and the Arab minority doesn't really care to be under their rule. A Shiite dominated Iraq just might be able to do what Saddam failed to, and take that land for themselves.
