We couldn't figure out the exact chemistry, but it would involve using the heat, preassure, and sulfuric acid of Venus to manufacture buckyballs and/or carbon nanotubes out of all that Excess Carbon...

All we need is some sort of catalyst...(Like someone who actually knows something about chemistry to jump start the reaction)
