The NYT, ABC News, and others are climbing all over this using the same old memes. Go out and look for yourself. I suspect what they're writing is going to make a bigger impact on the nation than my little post did. And wait and see what the candidates do with it.

I made what I thought was a specific and deeply ironic point about safety and guns. One that apparently has to be made over and over again.
My kid is at a college campus, and frankly, if one of her roommates was a properly trained and legally licensed gunowner, I wouldn't mind it a bit.
