"Your "proof" only indicates how far you have to stretch to try to make that connection. And still come up short.
Do you have any idea how common O-4 is? How low they are? What influence they may have? "
Bowser, I believe you claimed you served in the US military, how long did it take you to become a Major?
Since you brought up O-4 which is term used in US military, here's something concerning the US military:
"Lieutenant Commander/Major
These career officers, with anywhere between 10 and 20 years in service, may hold more senior operational commands such as executive officer of a Navy destroyer or attack submarine, or brigade or divisional staff positions."

I'm sure there a different standard for Iraqi army. But you might notice from what Robert quoted and that was that the person we are referring to was born in 1961 and was a Major before the mid 1980's. Let's make it 1985- that makes him 24 years old and a major.
I wonder of the millions who served in US military how many reached O-4 before they were 24?
Rather than me doing some long search, I'm sure you will know that kind of thing off the top our head.
But more importantly in regards to Iraq and it's culture, it seems fairly obviously you know very little- and regarding Intel in general terms, also very little.
