I just saw that on our local news. Our Bob Mayer said that if the water was up to the windows that there's little chance that it will even start. It will have to be left to dry for a while too from what they said.

When they buried it, they hoped we'd leave fossil fuels behind.

If the engine starts, it will be priceless.
