That's not all I eat. I have a crappy diet by a lot of measures because I hate the mess that cooking generates. I am lazy. So I eat a lot of frozen, decent amounts of take-out (Chinese, Italian, El Pollo Loco, and Armenian), a couple of in-n-out burgers per month. But I make a lot of salads (baby raw spinach, tomatoes, bagged spring mix, and avocados are favorite components - I love my salad spinner). And I avoid the cheese and mammal fats. And at least one meal per day will be with fiber as the primary focus (oatmeal or dry cereal of some sort). And I will grab my nuts (so to speak) for a quick snack almost every day.
Then there's the stuff that comes out of bottles. In my prior post I forgot to mention asprin and vitamins as part of my daily regimen.
Several times per year I go to a decent steakhouse and get a hunk of rare prime rib or steak. I go to Mexican restaurants about once a month - hard to avoid the fats there. And anyhow, I let myself splurge and have whatever I want now and then.
