Never have I heard of one willing to flee to another country. I'm almost convinced that e-mail is a bit of that black propoganda ER likes to talk about.
However, you did ask a question worth pondering. The only country that remotely comes to mind is Australia. I've never been there, but perhaps a conservative could feel almost as at home there as in the states.
The extreme right doesn't take their ball and leave. They hunker down and isolate themselves all the while grumbling about how things used to be. I know some of these people personally. I don't agree with the mentality, and speak against it when I see it, but I do think I have a glimpse into understanding where it comes from.
I live in North Idaho and have had a number of run-ins with the extremists. One guy was so anti-government that he printed his own license plates on his printer. It said "Noncommercial private vehicle" as if that was enough. His thinking was that all laws were commercial laws and had no jurisdiction over private citizens or property. I happen to know he didn't pay taxes either. One day he and his family walked away from their house down the street from mine. (word was they moved to Arizona) I figured the "guvment" was beginning to close in. I ran into his boys last year. I had last seen them 5 years ago as teenagers when I was one of their youth leaders trying to inspire them to not become a burden on society like their parents (of course I never said that to them). They'd both joined the military (no surprise as its all they ever talked about) and seemed to have learned a thing or two about the world. I was pleased to see they hadn't chosen their father's isolationist lifestyle and seemed to be plugging in to society.
That's the worst case I've witnessed personally, but living here you get a feel for plenty of folks within the spectrum. As a conservative I can speak the language and can quickly get a feel for where somebody is at on the scale. Its a valuable tool to have when meeting the parents of your kids' friends.
