Maybe your "demagogues" are trying to capitalize on the situation but job losses, diminishing prosperity and future prospects that are dissolving into the ethers- are apparently causing the strife. If there was plenty for all, there wouldn't be as much bitching about Mexicans.

If you move your production overseas, do you still have to pay payroll taxes for production workers?
