Angry much? Geez... Lighten up!

Thus far, you have bad mouthed me repeatedly, but offered nothing constructive whatsoever with respect to the technical issues raised. You seem to have something against me, personally, and a bit of misplaced aggression. Not sure what I did to warrant such vituperations. Unless, of course, you talk to everyone so disrespectfully...

You're free to your opinion. However, you are simply not correct. I'm not interested in dogmatism. I'm interested in open-minded discussion of ideas and in knowledge. Sometimes I speak speculatively, though of late I try to be more clear about that. I generally try to say things which I think are true. If I've misjudged assessment of any foundational assumptions I'm open to being corrected.

Can we perhaps start with something simple, please:

Are Wikipedia, the Hyperphysics site, the World Health Organization site and the NASA educational site I quoted in the original message, which all appear to agree with each other, correct in assessing that magnetic fields arise from electric currents? IE, are they simply a force between electric currents? (The NASA educational site has a couple good diagrams to that effect.)

If not, why not?

If so, are magnetic field strengths dependent on the magnitude of the source current? Likewise is the magnetic field topology dependent upon the strength + direction of the current?

Hopefully we can actually talk like human beings?

If you cannot engage in constructive conversation, please exit the discussion and allow someone more reasonable an opportunity to respond. Thanks, either way!

Regards,
