Okay, you lost me.
We're discussing confidence in the Social Security system. Obviously, those collecting benefits now aren't losing a lot of sleep over what the system will be doing in thirty years.
The poll I found on that website (the CBS one of June 2005 that goes back to 1999) splits out those who are already receiving benefits (something all the polls should have done). The remaining numbers stand up.
