Buck, I can't put this any more plainly: Your "evidence" has been cooked. Most of it is crap when you actually look at the real numbers and facts.
Take the bankruptcy thing: every article on this subject cites two papers written by two Harvard academics, both of them famous single-payer activists. And who work together on it. Both papers assume that the existence of any medical bills in a bankruptcy is proof that medical bills were the cause. And yet, this wheeze keeps coming up again and again.
