Dr. Impact: This is why you are relegated to the pest category - you have never bothered to understand our program(s). When you post or email things you interject personal ignorance and/or bias in the form of vitriol - usually aimed at those of us who don't answer your questions or treat you with deference. Indeed, it often seems that you claim that you are pals with someone simply because they say hi to you in a hallway and heap ridicule on someone if they don't respond to your liking. As I said earlier - you are on the "pest" list at Public Affairs.
Mr. Grondine: 3) Who the f*ck are you?
Dr. Impact: given the outright deceptions you perpetrate in order to get into NASA conferences and meetings - the core one being that you are a "journalist" - I think it behooves you to take the first step. Also, your profligate use of profanity has turned off a number of people who might otherwise talk with you.
I do not know what you do to pay the bills, but being the self-professed protector of Earth against NEOs just isn't in the cards.
I must go now and do some actual research.
