Would you be happy if the police were discreet and low key?
Please.
This whole fiasco was not the police doing.
It is a case of garbage-in-garbage-out.
But granted that the bad tip was in the system, with no other way to deal with it other than quickly, I thik it was handled about as well as it could have been.
And yes, if it was my son, who does look vaguely arabic, I too would be pissed.
But I would see it with something bowser fails to demonstrate: perspective.
