One dollar, one vote would be obviously ridiculous, although I have proposed in the past that after every eligible voter got one vote, those who pay large chunks of taxes would get extra votes, like maybe one extra vote for every $10,000 in taxes actually paid (not just "assessed.") The $10,000 number is arbitrary. Of course, rich guys who somehow avoid paying taxes don't get in on this deal, and neither would corporations.
It would be nice if the guys who actually pay the bills got some benefit from it.
