If Kay and Duelfer searched the US for evidence of bioweapons and chem weapons they would find a lot more evidence than they were able to come up with in Iraq. There is no way to scrub a country - that had a program - so clean that this sort of stuff could not still be found. They found essentially nothing in Iraq.
