Good points

Our strategic air campaign, along with Bomber Command's, certainly reduced German cities to rubble, and while there is some question about how much the bombing affected German armament production, it definitely cannot have helped it. Bombing raids on German fuel production and storage facilities, and railheads probably played a more significant role in sapping Nazi fighting power.

The Red Air Force did not field an effective strategic bomber until after the war, when it copied our B-29 as the Tu-4 Bull, but that did not stop the Soviets from attempting bombing raids on Berlin

Although it was considered a marginal fighter by the Army Air Corps, the SAF made effective use of the Bell P-39 Airacobra, and one its top aces - I belive it was Ivan Kozhedub - recorded a large number of his kills in the American plane. The Red Air Force got about half of the 9500 P-39s built.

As the war was ending, the Soviets were introducing even more powerful tanks, like the JS-3, which probably would have run circles around the fearsome, but ponderous King Tigers.

Without our help, the war might have lasted until perhaps 1948 or even 1950, but I see no way that the Nazis could have conquered Soviet Russia. Failing that, it was only a matter of time until the Red Army crossed into Germany and brought the Reichstag under fire.
