It wasn't the worst movie I've ever seen (that dubious honor goes to "Quintet", which was even more boring that Army training films). Still, the movie was little more than a collection of Hollywood insiders. While I've blotted out most of my recollections about the movie, IIRC John Travolta (him being in it is usually the mark of a bad movie) was a hit man who decided he wanted to make a movie. The whole thing just reeked.
