I'm not trying to be confrontational, I'd just like to hear your point of view.
I'm agnostic and have been for almost 30 years. I have no problem with anyone expressing their religious views so long as they don't try to force me to live by them. Gibson's movie was, according to many accounts, reasonably faithful to the Bible. Why would you be insulted by that?
I've heard some who are insulted or enraged by any religious expression. To me, it seems they're insecure in their own beliefs if they're so easily intimidated by the beliefs of others.
I admit I have not seen the movie. It'll be coming out on DVD in a few weeks and I'll see it then. My wife and I don't see movies in theaters. We prefer to watch them at home.

- "Then there's the media, which has dedicated itself to a Kerry victory." should be "Then there's the media, which have dedicated themselves to a Kerry victory."
