The tally so far:

Didn't earn at least two of the Purple Hearts
Didn't earn the Silver Star.
Second tour didn't count coz it was only 4 months and he got out ASAP
First tour didn't count coz he was on a boat near Viet Nam.

All righty then.

Have we crossed the line yet when the blithering idiots on the right can all simply be dismissed as Kerry-Haters?
