Nice attempt at a diversion mentioning the ICC. Let's look at the last time France, Belgium and the vaunted UN screwed up in Africa. Almost a million people were slaughtered because of cowardice, incompetence and frank disinterest.

THAT's a problem people. Not panties on prisoner heads.
