The wisest Europeans will hold them accountable.

BUT I got a better idea. First make a list of the 6 billion or so human inhabitants of this planet. Next hold a lottery for who will be the judges of the court. And every 3 years replace them with a new random draw. [Also limit the selection to only those over say the age of 25 and they must mental fit: not in a coma or blatently crazy]
These mostly Indian or Chinese judges will make far wiser decisions than any european pandered elite and be far less likely to be corrupted by power and self absorbed vanity.
