Terrorists will threaten and intimidate the judges in ways that the signatories would never think of...The signatories will be forced to use bribery, influence peddling, quid quo pros, and other more traditional means of influence.

Its gonna be fun!

I can't wait for them to convict a former US President in absencia! Meanwhile real despots will walk free, unencumbered by international warrants.
