I've never seen anthropomorphism extended quite so far before.

My first post said exactly all I wanted to say. It was in response to your occasional assertion that what is wrong with the UN is that we let the bad guys in. Every time I hear you bang this drum I am moved to challange it for the silliness that it is: the purpose of the UN is to bring all nations together to foster peace between all nations.

If you want a club with a selective membership then you form an alliance. That is what you call a group of countries with common interests exclusive of a group of countries that do not share those interests. The UN is supposed to include everyone. It is not an alliance.

Dude! It is so freaking simple.
