While thankfully rare, there is the amendment process that can overturn any Supreme Court ruling by changing the Constitution. This was discussed back in 1988 when a lot of people were upset with a SC ruling on flag burning. There is also a little (if ever) used provision of the Constitution that says Congress can declare certain laws as unreviewable by the courts.
On another level, the President nominates and the Senate confirms Supreme Court justices, affecting the makeup of the court. Supreme Court Justices can also be impeached under limited circumstances. Congress also is responsible for the appropriations that the Supreme Court needs to continue functioning.
Admittedly, these are fairly weak checks and balances, but that's still better than anything you'd get with the ICC.
