Donald, “The Christian right's goal is to turn this nation into its own form of theocracy.â€
Wrong again, Donald. You are so wrapped up in your prejudice against Republicans that you can’t wee past your very broad brush.
My Christian Church believes it is all about choice. We don’t want to force Christianity on anyone. We’ll talk to you about it, but if you do not choose Christ, then that is your choice. That is one reason God came to Earth as Christ, to give humans a choice to accept him or not accept him. It is a personal choice that can not be forced on anyone. If you don’t choose Christ, then so be it. It is your choice.
Any Christian who is trying to force it is wrong to do so. Christians should teach Christ words and let the person decide.
We don’t want to “turn the nation into its own form of theocracyâ€. We want people to make their own choices. We don’t want Christianity to control the government, but we don’t want the government to silence Christians, for we have as much right to freedom of speech as anyone else.
