Libermann could be the tie-breaker on many Senate votes over the next two years.

That is a lot of power for one Senator to have, but if any Senator had to have that power, I am glad its him.

There are a lot of Republicans, including me, that would vote for him if he ran as a Democrat for President in 2008*.

*Except if the Republicans put up someone who I like better like Giuliani or Rice.
