We don't live in one. We don't know anything 100% for sure MAry Anne. Especially when the people that are supposed to be determining the facts are obstructed. By your logic every dictator and tyrant would be free to carry out whatever evil they wanted simply by denying access to fact finding missions because then no one would know 100% for sure what was going on. And by gut feel I don't mean based on a hunch, I mean based on looking at what data they have after making a real effort to get data.
