One of the jobs was working in a Mexican Food restraint kitchen. I would come home wet, greasy and worn out. I took pride in my work. We always left a spotless kitchen at the end of the night.
Worked between 25 and 30 hours a week with a few 40 hours a week every now and then, especially after I quit the photography job.
My second job was teaching astronomy labs for the university. I had a format to follow, but it did take some preparation.
I taught 3 labs a week. They were something like two hours long. Preparation time varied from week to week. I also spent a few hours a week working nights at the observatory as part of this job.
My third job was working as a photographer for the school paper. This included log nights in the darkroom breathing in those chemicals. That stuff burns the eyes after a while.
Time on this job varied. A few hours a week for assignments and a few hours for darkroom time. This was the job I ended up quitting.
All three paid minimum wage. The Restaurant was the hardest and dirtiest one. I did get a couple of raises the 4 years I worked there.
