If you don't have Cable TV or a Satelite Dish in the USA, then you live in abject poverty.

I wonder if prisoner's are counted as those living in poverty in the USA? We got about 2 million of those thanks to our society's preoccupation with living the gang banger/drug dealer lifestyle. most people in prison don't make US$10,000.00 per year.
