I would eavesdrop once or twice a week for about 2 months...I wanted to see what my friend found so interesting. It was quite intimidating at first because I felt that I was definitely not in the Zoners league, especially after reading the Introduction. I am not schooled in anything, and I was positive y'all were Einsteins....It took me awhile to jump in (sort of like jump rope...waiting to jump in just at the right time.) I read about polarization, and I felt that I could add something because it wasn't a PhD. question. Then when Art called me a bitch...that REALLY helped break the ice, because that is my style of humor...and he qualified my post with 'Great Quote"....

I have to tell you, for me to speak up and be counted is absolutely one of the hardest things to do in my life....I am so afraid of coming across stupid....or 'less than'. You Zoners have been so validating....and my need to be heard has calmed down to a need to express. You Zoners are absolutely wonderful, warts and all.
