Thank you for that sober, somber report.
Where's the fun lately, eh?
No matter how serious I get, I still throw in zingers.
I still try and find humor or matters of interest.
And yes, this board's a bit staid these days.
We've pigeon-holed each other and there's not much room to move.
How can we have an open marriage??
I remember you supporting Robert waay back.
I remember LOTS of things.
When I packed up my house in Florida last summer, I found TWO BOXES of printed old MSNBC posts/threads that were really good, mostly serious, intelligent discussions when we were all guffawing too.
I also found a spiral notebook with hand written quotes from the best of posters, and I have a few of yours. I kept a log of names and IP addresses and any info I gleaned, so I had a better handle to whom I was replying to.
THOSE were the days!
Now, we'd all be a sight lost if this board folded.
We have come to take this place for granted, but it is STILL one of the first places I go when I venture onto the www in the morning and it is one of the last places I check before shutting down for the night HONEY.
;~)
