First, when I post a topic...digression will never be a problem with me...hell at times I think I am the poster child for ADD....I can get lost from the front door to the back door!

Something catastrophic happened to me 4 years ago, and I understand not EVER wanting to be told something....more than you will ever realize...and if Community ever goes private, I might divulge a little because I have only a couple of people I can REALLY talk too....and they have emotions invested, also. I would welcome objectivity.

We have to deal with the hand that is dealt us...My life on many levels is an emotional quagmire...STILL.

I work on my anxiety by working out...

Stay close to the ones you love...and (if you can )talk to someone who will genuinely listen...but only you can find your answers. Good Luck, friend.
