Thank you :) . They are good parents. I was lucky they found me.

She sent a picture and se does resemble me. According to her, I have two half sisters, one of which does look a lot like me.

I am still not 100% sure she is my birth-mother, but I believe she truly believes she is.

I wish she could be happy for me and move on with her life, but she thinks if I take my place by her side as her son, all of her problems will go away. I can’t do that for her. It is really sad. And it makes it worse that that scam artist, Joe, has brainwashed her.

And I know how that feels. She was trying to rewrite me and for a few days there I didn’t know who I was anymore. She was using Joe’s techniques to brainwash me. Not knowing who you are anymore and thinking that your past is a lie is a terrifying feeling. Fortunately, with the help of my wife, I was able to break away before it destroyed my life.

My parents told me when I was around 7 or 8. They didn’t want to hide it from me.
