Back around 1999 I posted on an adoption site. In 2001 she contacted me by phone in response to that add. She seemed genuine and probably was. But she verbally attacked my wife. And then she harassed my parents trying to get them on her side. Anyway, I asked her not to contact me anymore, but she still tries. Recently she had someone call my parents and upset my mother (Who is suffering from Alzheimer's and didn’t need that.)

My wife did some digging and found that she was part of this cult group who believes that abortion is better than adoption and that adopted kids can never be happy. If the child says they are happy, they are lying to themselves. And they are told by their cult leader (who takes tons of their money) that they’ll never be happy until they get their kid back and to keep trying. That there is this hole only their child can fill. He says stuff like, “If your child rejects you, that means they really want you.” They also believe that the parents who adopt children are stealing the children. They think there is this great conspiracy to drug pregnant teenagers and take their children away from them.

I can tell you this, I love my parents and am glad they adopted me. I can’t imagine what kind of life I would have had being raised by a 15 year old.

The funny thing is, if she really knew me, she wouldn’t like me. She is on the far left of the political spectrum and she hates conservatives like me.

Anyway, I have a mother, who raised since I was 9 days old.
