This is an April Fools joke...right?

Star light is the same as sunlight, filter one... You don't see the other.

There are numerous filters for the telescope eyepiece. There are broadband filters- "LPR" or Light Pollution Reduction to filter general LP.

There are Narrowband filters that will allow only one or two wavelengths through. You need several because there are several types of DSO's (deep sky objects)- Emission nebulas, Dark nebulas and reflection nebulas.

None of these filters are cheap, in the $100- $200 range.

How friggin' hard is it to turn your porch light off?

Hmmmm??????

If you do, your welcome to come take a look...
