Here's a scenario for you.

Harry was the first born male child on the multi generational interstellar mission.

Harry felt hurt and betrayed at being forced to live on the ship all his life.

The information about the home planet made it seem like a paradise.

He figured he wouldn't even get to see the new planet they were heading for.

As Harry grew up he didn't love any of the Females on board.

Back on Earth there were lots of women and everybody sat around pots with plenty of tasty food to eat.

Harry and his buddies got into the security force.

One day they took over the ship in a coup, now they had the guns, and everybody else was going to do what they said.

They started turning the ship around in a slow huge arc then used the excess braking fuel to increase speed back to Earth.

Harry figured he might even see Earth in his lifetime.

When they got back to the Sol system they wouldn't bother trying to stop the whole ship they would use the landing craft and any fuel left to get to Earth.

Just get back to Earth!

Harry slept and dreamt human dreams.
