You would deprive the first generation on a new world, our ambassadors to the universe, of their history and cultural heritage? And replace that racial memory with a generation "raised in isolation", indoctrinated with a background devised by "experts" with their own agenda? One that has never been tested in practice with exposure to reality? That's a pretty creepy idea, to say the least.
Besides, it would never work. Parents are always trying to indoctrinate their kids with their cultural values, and we can see how often that succeeds when the youth has access to historical truth that allows them to see the contradictions and inconsistencies in their family indoctrination.
