re: Thank you Mary Anne and ER

For Mary Anne:
I agree that we as humans do not, and never will, understand all there is in heaven/universe.
But at the same time, we as humans have obtained a great body of knowledge through our scientific methods.
The question I posed is explainable from the scientific perspective.

For ER:
Your dismissal of the writing as “Bronze Age document.” and the tone of the writing seems to indicate that you do not consider those “bronze age” people as having sufficient knowledge of the structure of the universe to write anything that could be considered scientific in today’s standards.
If your assumption is true about the people of that time period, and despite the low level of their knowledge, it turns out that there is profound scientific truths in the Bible, how would you explain it.
Would you consider it as a coincidence, lucky guess, or something that was given to these people by some smarter humans/beings/entities/aliens/gods?
