The blind ideology of the Conservative base forces Republicans to either kiss Limbaugh's ass or lose a primary. One can only wonder what message was heard if they consider Palin "articulate". Good Lord!
The Democrats are an ill-defined, poorly connected and widely diverse set of groups. They never will be able to truly get it all together. The Republicans have done all of this to themselves.
Blind ideology, black-and-white thinking, and "my way or the highway" has left most of America behind. I hope all Republicans have to pass the Limbaugh Test for the next 50 years. It's the best thing to happen to this country since George Washington decided to not be a king.
