It is fascinating to watch them purge their own moderates
GOP moderates are looking around at the dwindling numbers and not seeing to much love from the rest of their party right now. This is not the GOP they joined two or three decades ago. The Chairman of the RNC has actually said he would fund efforts to unseat the ladies in Maine because they voted for the stimulus. Is there a precedent for a party attempting to unseat two of its own sitting senators?
Limbaugh not only laughs at the loss of Specter, he demands he take McCain and his daughter with him. There is only one explanation for this self-destructive behavior: The GOP is deeply in the throes of Obama Derangement Syndrome. And quite possibly the derangement has given way to madness!
