I don't actually know what "category" they're in. I would bet money that there are some solutions available. It's not like these kind of health care issues and gaps just "appeared" in the past eight years, and governments and private entities have been pushing a lot of programs over the years.

If anyone in a real health care fix was willing to give me as much information as possible, I would give it my best shot to locate a solution. I don't like seeing anyone in that kind of situation.
