Not to put too fine a point on it, but Social Security and Medicaid are run by the same damn government bureaucrats that would be running your fabulous Miracle Health Care system ("everything you need forever, no payments, no waiting"). You think that's going to deliver the goods to citizens any faster than the organizations you're talking about?

If you're that concerned about the next four years, go here (among many other sources) and see what's available if you should eventually need it. I don't know where you work, or what they provide, or what COBRA options you might have.
