I don't really like what the Democrats are doing, going hog wild on health care, yet the Republicans aren't sitting down at the table to try to work out a more reasonable health care system. I'm probably closer to a Blue Dog Democrat than I am the Nancy Pelosi crew. We need a health care plan to pick up the ones who have nothing but we don't need the whole ball of expensive wax they're shaping. The Blue Dog Dems are at least in discussions and trying to mitigate some of the financial aspects of it.
The way the Right is going at trying to kill health care reform serves none of us. We should be discussing it at meetings; instead, people are being paid to disrupt them. Pretty pathetic. We need reform.
It politics is going to be reduced to the lowest common denominator, a process started during the Bush administration, then you're not going to like where it goes. And neither am I.
And that's probably all I'm going to say on the subject because I get too damn mad at you and it's not good for my blood pressure.
