Even if everything you just said were 100% true, it would be 100% irrelevant to the immutable fact that there is a law of supply and demand in the universe. Yes that's right, I'll say it again: the existence of Law of Supply and Demand has NOTHING to do with what you just wrote. It's the equivalent of someone arguing that, because various lobbies bribe Congress to build a spaceport in Florida, there is no law of gravity. I'm saddened you clearly don't grasp the concept of the Law of Supply and Demand. What's more, you don't understand that you don't understand it, despite you being one of the most intelligent people I have run across in my lifetime on the internet.

I don't have the bandwidth at the moment to address the rest of your post but I would like to point out that the existence of the lower Capital Gains tax rate is precisely to encourage businesses to invest in physical plants, machinery, etc. If companies choose not to make the physical investments that grow their businesses, and the economy, they don't get that tax break. There is also the implied threat that the government will then tax them more and make the physical investments itself.
