Consider this, there is no great distributor of all goods. No bureacrat anywhere decides exactly how much milk or bread or cars or tractors or whatever goes to your home town in FL, or every other place that those things go. They all naturally move to where demand wants them. That is the way the free market works. That is the invisible hand. Of course there can be disruptions from wars, natural disasters etc, which affect SUPPLY, or things like plagues that kill thousands and effect DEMAND, but then it will return to new equilibrium over time.
