I went to one of the most hard core free market business schools in CA many years ago. Even they acknowledged the need for regulations because of many of the things you just mentioned and more. Of course there are people who will seek to exploit and take advantage for personal gain, and that is why rules are needed for a free market system to really function. As I said elsewhere, rules against fraud, monopolies, despoiling the environment, and promoting social equity all are required imo. There is in fact a very large volume of business laws in place that are absolutely necessary for an economy the size of America's.
My argument with you from the start is that you were saying S&D is not real and made a number of arguments to that end which were so very misguided.
A free market with rules is a no brainer.
