It probably is a tired old argument but there must be a reason it's still being made? Starting with auto emssions is a no-brainer because of multiple benefits and the costs are upfront but other efforts in the pipeline to soon follow, and also designed to curb CO{SUB( )}2{SUB}, are not much to cheer about.
