The point I'm trying to make is America will NEVER become a socialist nation because we will always have private enterprise.

I don't cheer every government intrusion. (You seem to omit all of the Bush era intrusions in your tirades. Fascism also describes a political element that is totalitarian. I have less fear of that under Obama than I did under Bush/Cheney.)

In fact I agree with you on a number of issues regarding regulatory over-reach. I just don't Demagogue the issue by claim every regulation is an insideous attempt at a power grab. I LIKE things like food and drug safety standards, anti-lead regulations in paint and crayons, clean water standards, etc. If a regulation MAKES SENSE, then I am not going to oppose it solely on some knee jerk anti-government inclination.
