When we have government stores selling us everything, and no private enterprise. When we have government planners deciding how many units of milk and cheese go to each store, rather than market forces doing it on their own. That is what the Soviet Union attempted and it's what caused its collapse. What WE have are laws and regulations governing a capitalist system. Get a grip on reality.
